Central Exchange Building is a six level prestige building of distinctive appearance built to a very high specification.

Including the air-conditioned penthouse floor, CBX provides a total of 128,500sqft (11,938sqm) of office space, arranged as inner offices overlooking Summer Court, and outer offices overlooking Midsummer Boulevard. There is, in addition 24,600sqft (2,285sqm) of retail and showroom space.

CBX is built around a superb central atrium and is clad in reflective glass and silver finish metal panels. The glass-roofed atrium allows natural light throughout, engendering a feeling of spaciousness. At ground level it also forms a concourse which provides public access to the retail area, inner offices and the Winter Garden.
